It comes as no surprise that vets aren't exactly cheap.
The ballpark figure for Lulu's treatments is between $4,000 and $7,000 (how high we go depends on whether she gets chemo, which costs 600 bones -- ha, ha, pun intended -- a session). With all this in mind I've decided to print up some charity t-shirts to help put a dent on this debt.
My wickedly talented evil twin Eric Siry is designing a shirt as you read this that I will post here as soon as he's done. My friends over at Team Screen will print them out.
I'm not sure how much I'll be asking for, but I'll decide on a base price that you can always add on to if you can donate more. For those who can donate more, my friend Sean Cooper is compiling a CD of songs about animals. This guy takes music super seriously so I can tell you this isn't gonna be just some burned CD --awesome artwork and clever playlists are a guarantee.
Thanks for checking in and keep your fingers crossed for our appointment tomorrow.
Hey Sonia, please tell me when you've got the fund raising options ready. I'll definitely spread the word online about it to help you and Lu. Much love to both of you...you two will always remain favourite bitches :)
